Tavernonna celebrates the rich, varied history of Italian food, wine, and cocktails by using fresh, simple ingredients to create both traditional and contemporary dishes that entice the senses. Executive Chef, Bryant Wigger sources ingredients from local farms and vendors, and creates fresh pasta from scratch to be showcased throughout the menu. Our objective is to give a clear sense of local flavors while honoring the distinctive ingredients rooted in Italy. The staples of every Tavernonna dish embody ambition, passion, heritage, creativity, style, and inspirational local culture and knowledge. Guests can anticipate playful dishes such as spaghetti pomodoro, brisket meatballs with black currants, grilled sturgeon with cannelini beans, and mushroom pappardelle with local mushrooms and truffle pecorino.
