Leading our culinary team is Chef Bryant Wigger, a 20-year culinary veteran originally from the surrounding Kansas City, MO area.
The winner of The Pitch Golden Fork Award, and "Best Chef in Kansas City" nominee, Chef Bryant is a seasoned talent with extensive experience in the hospitality arena, and committed to delivering exceptional food and service.
With a degree in Culinary Science from Orange Coast College, Chef Bryant launched his career at The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California. Moving through the Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts’ culinary programs at the Four Seasons Aviara, Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Beverly Hills, and at WildCraft in Culver City, California, Chef Bryant was able to travel throughout Italy, which is where he developed distinct flavor combinations that celebrated authentic, regional cuisine.
Chef Bryant takes pride in utilizing simple ingredients to create traditional and contemporary dishes that seduce the senses. His passion has always been to build relationships with local purveyors to employ locally grown and
seasonal produce as much as possible.
