I-35 South (from Des Moines)

Follow I-35 south across the Paseo Bridge into downtown Kansas City . Take the Broadway exit. Turn left onto Broadway. Go 6 blocks to 12 th Street . Turn left onto 12 th Street . Go 3 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .

I-35 North (from Wichita)

Follow I-35 north and take the Broadway exit. Turn left onto Broadway and go 4 blocks to 12 th Street . Turn right onto 12 th Street . Go 3 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .

I-70 West (from St. Louis/Columbia)

Follow I-70 west to I-670 west.  Follow I-670 west into downtown Kansas City and take the Broadway exit. Turn right on Broadway to 12th street. Turn right onto 12 th Street . Go 2 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .

I-70 East (from Topeka)

Follow I-70 east to I-670 east. Follow I-670 east to the Central Street exit. Turn left onto Central. Go 2 blocks to 12 th Street . Turn right on 12 th Street . Go 3 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .

I-29 South (from KCI Airport/Omaha)

Follow I-29 south to the 169 south/Kansas City exit. This exit will take you past the downtown Municipal Airport and over the Broadway Bridge.  Once you cross the Broadway Bridge, you will come to a stoplight.  Go straight through the stoplight and it will become Broadway.   Follow Broadway to 12 th Street . Turn left onto 12 th Street . Go 3 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .

71 North (from Joplin)

Follow 71 north I-70 west. Follow I-70 west into downtown Kansas City and take I-670 west. Take the Broadway exit. Turn right onto Broadway. Go 2 blocks to 12 th Street . Turn right onto 12 th Street . Go 3 blocks to Baltimore . The Hotel Phillips is on the left corner of 12 th and Baltimore .
