Guest Services Manager- Minimum of 4 years of Rooms experience in a leadership role. Oversees all Front Desk and Valet operations to ensure profitability,
control costs and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Supervises front desk and valet staff and assist with all aspects
of both areas. Hire, train, & supervise both departments. Must be able to work any day of the week.
Event Manager- Responsible for servicing and detailing all groups and events in the hotel and effectively communicating to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the event’s needs while maintaining a good client relationship. At least 2 years experience in a hotel related position highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven ability to effectively network and market. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi. Flexibility to work varying schedules.
Room Attendant/Housekeeper- full time - 1 or more years in hotel housekeeping experience is required. Provide clean and properly stocked rooms in a timely manner to meet established hotel standards of quality, service and cleanliness. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted, be on feet for long periods of time, and be able to work any day of the week.
Engineer / Building Maintenance- Full time - Good working knowledge of all hotel equipment, kitchen equipment, plumbing, pneumatic and buildings electronic controls system, and assist in any and all emergencies. Keep all building and equipment in good repair with a minimum down time by providing day-to-day maintenance as well as preventative maintenance of the hotel. HVAC experience is a definite plus! Hotel or equivalent experience is preferred.
Front Desk Agent- full time - Minimum of 1 year of hotel front desk experience is required and must be good with computers. Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends. Great customer experience, and can stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work any day of the week.
Restaurant Server - 1 year minimum experience required. Strong customer service and multi tasking skills are needed. Must be over 18 years of age. Must posses within 10 days of hire for the City of Kansas City required Liquor card.
Banquet Supervisor - Full time -1 year minimum banquet experience required.
Supervise the banquet staff at all stages of a function from set-up to breakdown.Must be over 18 years of age. Must either posses or acquire the City of Kansas City required Liquor card within 10 days of hire. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted, be on feet for long periods of time, and be able to work any day of the week.
Banquet Set up/Server - Full time -1 year minimum banquet experience required. Strong customer service and multi tasking skills are needed. Must be over 18 years of age. Must either posses or acquire the City of Kansas City required Liquor card within 10 days of hire. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted, be on feet for long periods of time, and be able to work any day of the week.
Loss Prevention Agent / Security- Full time -One year experience in a security position is required. This is an overnight position responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and associates. This position will also assit in overnight patrols, front office operations such as occasional room calls, valet assistance, and food & beverage needs. Candidates must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted and be on feet for the entire shift.
