Hotel Phillips Reservation Policy

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Rates are subject to change. Children under 17 years of age stay free with an accompanied adult. An extra adult is available at a charge of $20.00. The charge applies after 2 adults 18 years of age and older. An adult rollaway is available at a charge of $20.00.

We are a NON-SMOKING facility. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee for smoking in a guest room.

Early checkout is available at a charge of $50.00, per early departure date. 3:00 PM late checkout is available at a charge of $50.00 (based on availability). After 3:00 PM, one full night's stay is required.

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed with $50.00 non-refundable deposit.

Parking Policy

We offer valet parking for $18 per night with unlimited in/out privileges. Fee is subject to change.

Guarantee Policy

Credit Card Required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00PM on Day of Arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax.
