Rates listed are per room, for up to four adults, using existing bedding. Advertised rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations

Guest room reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 3pm on the day prior to your arrival. After that time, a cancellation charge applies equal to one nights room rate, plus tax.

Advance Reservations

Dining Reservations are recommended for the Phillips ChopHouse. Call in advance of your arrival to ensure seating availability for the time of your choice.

Taxes

Rooms are subject to 14.85% state and local taxes, plus a $1.50 Local Arena Licensing fee.
