Artists interested in learning more about the Artist in Residence program or applying for the 2015-2016 residency are invited to attend an information session on May 6 from 6-7 p.m. in the Crystal Room of the Hotel Phillips. To reserve a spot, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before May 4. Wine and cheese will be served. Complimentary valet parking provided.

Introducing Madeline Gallucci - Artist in Residence for the 2014/2015 Season
Madeline Gallucci received her BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2012 with an emphasis in Printmaking. Since coming to Kansas City, she has traveled and performed with Whoop Dee Doo and shown her work at a wide variety of galleries and venues. She currently works at KCAI as the Campus Activities & Housing Coordinator, where she plans and coordinates events such as the annual Drag Show and Field Day celebrations. Madeline’s work explores, dissects, and reinterprets our everyday environment by means of vibrant drawings, whimsical paintings, and digital prints.
